1. Three Phases of Facilitator Certification  

The training classes will be split into 3 phases. Between each phase will be a 6-10 week block of time where you’ll practice what you learned by creating and building Blueprints of We with others. 

 

Phase 1 - Understanding Collaborative Awareness and the Blueprint of We

Create and use the Blueprint of We 1.0

 

Phase 2 - Growing the Blueprint of We and Collaborative Awareness

Neuroscience of Collaboration; Using Stress for Clarity; Experiments; Exercises

 

Phase 3 - Brining the learning journey full circle 

Presentations of what you’ve learned and next steps

2. Proposed Dates and Class Specifics

Classes are limited to 8 participants. We will be using Zoom to meet for each class. There will be a class website to access agendas, assignments, videos, and materials. We will be using Google Docs to create and develop various Blueprints of We and class materials.

 

Phase 1

Each class is 3 hours and is discussion based. There will be pre-work and assignments between each class taking 1-2 hours to complete. As a class we will choose the day of the week and the time that fits everyone's schedules.

• Class 1 - Week of March 25, 2019

• Class 2 - Week of April 1, 2019

• Class 3 - Week of April 8, 2019

Phase 2

Each class is 2 hours, 15 minutes and is discussion based. There will be assignments between each class taking 1-2 hours to complete. As a class we will choose the day of the week and the time that fits everyone’s schedules.

• Class 4 - Week of June 10, 2019

• Class 5 - Week of June 24, 2019

• Class 6 - Week of July 8, 2019

• Class 7 - Week of July 22, 2019

Phase 3

Presentations of what you’ve learned and next steps. As a class we will choose the day of the week and the time that fits everyone's schedules.

3. What Will Be Expected in the Training
 

1. Familiarize yourself with the Center for Collaborative Awareness Organization Introduction Blueprint of We

2. Complete your Facilitator Knowledge Book with definitions of all concepts covered in training. This will be reviewed at the end of training.

3. Familiarize yourself with the www.facilitators.blue resources website, including the Get Started Kit used to engage a new client or introduce the concept to others.

4. Attend training classes. Complete assignments between classes. These are all located on your Facilitator Class Website under the Assignments dropdown menu.

5. Understand and facilitate the Curiosity Chain process with others, help people create experiments, and apply it to their design within the Blueprint of We.

6. Write 5 Blueprints of We:

   1. Your Blueprint of Me

   2. A 1-page Organization Introduction Blueprint of We
       OR
       A 1-page Personal Introduction Blueprint of Me

   3. A Business Oriented Blueprint of We, you choose the relationship or team

   4. A Personal Oriented Blueprint of We, you choose the relationship

   5. A Blueprint of We type of your choosing

7. Facilitate others in the Clarifying Conversation:

   1. Facilitate a 1-to-1 Clarifying Conversation for a classmates’ Blueprint of Me

   2. Facilitate the Clarifying Conversation of a Blueprint you are participating in

   3. Facilitate the Clarifying Conversation of a Blueprint of an external group/person

8. Record Your Introduction Video

   1. We want to know that you are capable of giving the 1-hour introduction or overview of the Blueprint of We Concept. Invite a potential client or a few friends to an hourlong introduction of the Blueprint of We and record it for review. Or if you prefer, record a video in front of your computer giving the introduction of the Blueprint to potential clients

9. Post Training

   1. Schedule your first client or workshop. (Any number of attendees.)

   2. Create the 5 Component questions for a new Laying the Foundation Template for any type of relationship in your area of interest. It will be reviewed by Maureen and Zelle and made available to all facilitators. You will receive an extra 10% of the profit from the sale of your template in the Collaboration Store.

 

 

4. What You Will Receive

Once you complete the Facilitator Certification you will:

​

• Be awarded Certification as a Blueprint of We Collaboration Document Facilitator with license to use the Blueprint of We concept and training to teach others how to design and build Blueprint of We Collaboration Documents as part of your business

• Receive a certificate to place on your website and other marketing materials and a link from the Blueprint of We Collaboration Document website to your website

• Become eligible for business referrals from the Center for Collaborative Awareness 

• Gain access to materials to deliver Blueprint of We Collaboration Document Workshops and other materials at www.facilitators.blue

• Becoming a Blueprint of We Facilitator will enable you to enhance your current business model or to begin a consulting business with the Blueprint of We Collaboration Document as your foundation.

Your Business Offering can include:
 

1. Open to-the-public workshops

2. Client specific workshops/consulting/coaching to businesses, organizations, non-profits, communities, schools, etc.

3. Couples, Families and Personal relationship coaching around the Blueprint of We

4. Individual and Group facilitation to create, merge and use Blueprint of We Collaboration Documents

5. Combine the concept with other tools you currently use with clients

6. Earn commission from Blueprint of We materials that you sell yourself

7. You will have the ability to set your own workshop and consulting fees, this is not something we regulate.
    

Intellectual Capital Fee: 

Once you become a Facilitator, 10% of your net earnings on Blueprint of We Collaboration Document work is to be paid into the Center for Collaborative Awareness.
